If for whatever reason you are not happy with any element of service, drinks or your food, please ask to see the manager or duty manager, who will do his utmost to rectify any issue you may have.
Food Hygiene Policy
As a minimum, every one of our kitchen staff should hold at least a basic level certificate, all our full time members of staff front of house should hold at least a basic level certificate and all our senior chefs and general manager should hold at least an intermediate level. Our head chef should hold an advanced level certificate.
We are pleased to announce that we meet this self imposed standard!
And finally we always have a number of taxi companies available who charge modest fees, so if you fancy having a few drinks we will happily arrange a taxi for you.
